Mr. Tony Mc bride let’s talk about fake allegation lying to the judge about something never happened Mr Tony McBride have been putting his hands on his daughter Audra McBride. Some of the caseworker spoke to the judge about me doing illegal things to my child I’m going to say this in a short version word I hope you understand if you don’t I will say what I have to say again and again when you find out in court this allegation you place against me me touching my daughter was not true if he’s a real judge he should understand and know the law if that case is dropped in court near my child should have been released on that Court that’s one violation he plays against me this so-called judge Wilson. Instead of releasing me and my daughter to go home he allowed DHR and lawyer to continue to find some more evidence so he held my child longer. They put in a letter that Tony McBride had been putting his hands on Audra McBride when he visit her at visitation. That never happened if it was that’s a video camera in that little dirty room my so-called lawyer didn’t have the sense to compensate that camera to see if that happened which I know it did not she said I bought up my fish and put it in on your face I guess to hit her that didn’t happen that cannot stick in court they decide to cut out my hair more cuz she can they find cocaine. Even a dumb person who are not smart will tell you the same thing we’re going to happen if cocaine is in my hair might have them come out and jump on my daughter not so that sounds stupid did judge begin to listen to DHR caseworker more and more he not even from our county he from another county he pushes my case 6 months apart all the time. The inspector general to hear the truth I asked my lawyer to file an appeal to the higher Court judge Wilson denied it. That’s another violation now he messing with my so-called constitution rights he know he don’t suppose to do that by law he cannot deny a court to go to the next higher Court to see his wrongdoing he knew George Kelly was a higher Court there he knew he was going to find something wrong with what he doing to me and my daughter I I asked my lawyer to fire the motion he denied that. He asked me to come to court on January 9th the 2026 when we got there at 9:00 it didn’t happen until 3:00 that evening so when we went in they already made the decision there was not going to let my daughter come home somehow this lawyer from DHR.
